BIOMAX FORTE

Biomax Forte is an excellent plant growth stimulant promoting advanced root growth and better cell structure, resulting in a stronger plant more resistant to disease.

Biomax Forte contains a unique mix of bioflavonoids synergised with organic acids which activate and enhance the plants production of phytoalexins, boosting their ability to fight off infection.

Plants defend themselves against viral, fungal and bacterial attack through the production of phytoalexins (plant antibodies). Phytoalexins are not stored within the plant so are not usually detected, but when a plant comes under attack they are rapidly produced.

Unfortunately it is not always possible for the plant to produce sufficient phytoalexins in time to protect itself; this may be due to a number of factors, including:

• Stress, particularly during flowering or fruit production
• Excessive use of synthetic agrochemicals (insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and synthetic fertilisers)
• Temperature, humidity and irrigation

Application of Biomax Forte activates and enhances the natural production of phytoalexins, helping the plant fight off infection.

Regular use of Biomax Forte throughout the life of the plant has also shown an increase in Brix levels (plant sugars). Brix levels are important in crops such as soft fruit, top fruit, tomatoes, peppers etc, and high levels will encourage healthier plants and higher quality, better tasting produce. Increased Brix levels also help reduce attacks from sap-sucking insects (e.g. aphids) due to increased sap viscosity.

Biomex Forte is suitable for use on a wide range of crops and has no harvest interval. It is 100% biodegradable, non-hazardous, non-flammable and is safe to the environment.

Application Information

Water volume 400-1000 L/ha depending on crop architecture, application technique and equipment used.

Do not use less than 400 L/ha water and do not exceed the application rate per hectare. Biomax Forte is a concentrated product.

Supplied in unit sizes of 5 litres and 20 litres

Biomax Forte is suitable for use on organic crops.
