AGRI-50E

Agri-50E is a new, effective product for controlling whitefly.

Agri-50E has a purely physical mode of action, it effectively blocks the trachea and spiracles of target insects enabling control by suffocation. Because of this mode of action Agri-50E has been granted exemption from registration under COPR in the UK by the Pesticides Safety Directorate as it falls outside the regulations specified by SCOPE.

Performance and efficacy data:

Agri-50E has been shown to be effective against the adult, nymph and pupal stages of many species of whitefly. Efficacy trials in 2003 demonstrated Agri-50E to be as effective as a leading commercial product.

Application information

AGRI-50E is most effective in water with a pH between 5.0 and 8.5. If necessary, buffer water to within the optimal range. In areas with very hard water (>900ppm calcium) a suitable buffering agent should be used.

Do not mix anti-foaming agents with AGRI-50E.

Agri-50E is available in unit sizes of 1 litre and 5 litres
